The programme is built by hosts like you. Submit an event and it goes into the schedule the whole city is browsing.

Pick your format
Talk, workshop, panel, open studio, breakfast, hack night, tour, social. If it brings people together, it counts.

Find a room
Your own office works fine. If you need a venue, say so in the form and we'll try to match you with a partner space.

Submit it
Fill in the host form with your date, time, capacity, themes and registration link. It takes about five minutes.

Get approved
We review every submission. Once approved, your event appears in the public programme automatically.
What we ask of hosts
- Use the Belfast Tech Week name and logo on your event page
- Keep it open, no closed, invite-only sessions
- Free or low cost wherever possible
- Manage your own registration and door
- Be welcoming: a code of conduct applies across the whole week
Ready when you are
Submissions stay open until the week begins, but earlier events get more visibility in the programme.
